2. Products and Custom Orders
- Handcrafted Nature: Because our products are handcrafted using natural wood, please understand that every piece is unique. Variations in wood grain, color, and finish are not defects but a reflection of the artisan nature of our work.
- Custom Commissions: For custom projects (such as furniture or specific scroll-saw designs), a deposit may be required before work commences. Once materials are purchased or labor begins, deposits are generally non-refundable.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices for custom orders are guaranteed only after a quote has been signed and a deposit received.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy or integrated merchant services). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
4. Shipping and Returns
- Shipping: We ship from our workshop in Northwest Arkansas. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. Custom-made items are generally final sale, but we will work with you to resolve any quality issues.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, logos, and website content (including the “Little Oak Woodworks” brand name) are the exclusive property of Little Oak Woodworks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our patterns (such as those from our “Scroll Saw Patterns & Toy Making for Beginners” guide) for commercial production without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Little Oak Woodworks shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the original price paid for the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
